Building NexaCRM has been a constant conversation between what sales teams say they need and what we watch them actually do. Here's how we got here.

Late 2023 — The Idea
Enough is enough
After one too many afternoons wrestling with existing CRM tools to do something simple, the core idea for NexaCRM crystallized: build the CRM tool we always wished existed. One that's fast, clean, and actually built around the people who use it.
Early 2024 — The Build
Foundations laid
We started building with a clear design principle: if a feature couldn't be explained in one sentence, it probably shouldn't exist. The core modules — contacts, leads, and deal pipeline — were architected from scratch with speed and clarity in mind.
Mid 2024 — Expanding
Activities, emails, and tickets
Real users showed us that CRM is more than a contact list. We added activity timelines, an integrated email module, and a full support ticket system — all connected to the same underlying contact and deal data.
Late 2024 — Polish
Permissions, multi-org, and the UI overhaul
We rebuilt the UI with a full dark/light theme system, introduced granular role-based permissions, and added multi-organization support — everything needed for teams that are serious about data governance without the enterprise price tag.
2025 — Launch & Beyond
NexaCRM ships
Full public launch with a complete feature set, tiered pricing, and a commitment to keep shipping. Faster pipelines, smarter automations, deeper integrations — the roadmap is long and the team is energized.
